This time around of the year IвЂ™m shopping for fast, delicious and wholesome dinners that could be put together easily. Pies, stews and curries are of my favourites. I adore seafood pies, but always feel just like theyвЂ™ll just simply take a long time to prepare and include a lot of actions, from planning mashed potato to doing a roux and cooking the seafood.
This one-pot gratin/pie hybrid is the better of both globes. The smoked haddock gently cooks within the cream, flavouring the whole gratin. We parboil the potatoes so that they just require 20 moments within the range. This may all be performed beforehand for an also speedier supper. No significance of a roux, when I simply whisk Dijon mustard into a small cream and milk, causeing this to be the speediest cake ever.
